Lyndhurst is a late Victorian end terraced house in Guiseley, situated only two minutes walk from the railway station and main shopping area. It is convenient for travel in and out of Leeds or Bradford, or out into the nearby countryside – ideal walking or mountain biking country.

We have two rooms we let - a twin bedded room with private bathroom and WC, and a double room with ensuite shower / WC. Both rooms have sitting areas and ample storage space, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, colour TV, DVD player and clock radio. We also have wireless internet access.

Please be aware that we have a cat, hence no pets please.
Adjacent on street parking is readily available nearby, mountain bikes, etc., can usually be stored (at owner's risk)
in our garage.

In line with government legislation, Lyndhurst is a no smoking establishment.

How To Find Us.....

The A65 Leeds – Ilkley road runs through Guiseley. If coming from the Leeds direction, turn right into Oxford Road off the A65 at the Station pub (about 100 yards after passing Morrisson's supermarket on your left).

Lyndhurst is about 150 yards along on the left, by the junction with Oxford Avenue
